At Bean Haven, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5.99. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bean Haven. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll do everything we can to make it right. We accept returns and exchanges on all products in their original condition.
Please note that we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on coffee beans that have been opened.
